Bloomin Learners

Bloomin Learners is a Cardiff based, independently run driving school catering for all your driving education requirements. Run by Rebecca Jones, a fully qualified and approved driving instructor, we aim to help you pass your driving test on the first try while developing high levels of driving skill and competency for many years of safe driving. We offer courses for novice drivers, Pass Plus, Motorway and Refresher lessons.
