South East DriveAbility - Kent Community Health

South East DriveAbility is a Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust centre that provides medical fitness-to-drive assessments, advice on car adaptation and choice for disabled drivers, vehicle passenger guidance, and outdoor mobility equipment support. Services include fitness-to-drive assessments, advice on vehicle adaptations, access/egress assessment, mobility scooter and powered wheelchair assessments. The centre works in partnership with the Department for Transport (DfT), the Driving and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), Motability, Kent Police and is accredited by Driving Mobility.
