Roadwise School Of Transport

Roadwise School Of Transport is a family‑run driving school based in Portsmouth that offers LGV, HGV and forklift driver training as well as construction and plant training. The school is DVSA approved, providing both on‑site and on‑site training, with a dedicated practice area for LGV reversing and off‑road manoeuvres. Courses include 5‑day C, C+E and B to C+E routes, 7‑day C+E, 2‑day novice and 1‑day refresher for lorry loaders, as well as forklift training (counter‑balance, industrial reach, side loader, telescopic handler and Moffett). The training is tailored to individuals or businesses and can be arranged at the school or on site.

Course prices vary: £150 deposit, £1,350 for a 5‑day Category C course (inc VAT & test fees), £1,450 for 5‑day C+E, £1,710 for 6‑day B to C+E, £1,975 for a 7‑day C+E from car. Lorry loader courses start at £150 for a refresher and £350 for a 1‑day refresher.
