Checkmate Driver Training is an independently run driving school based in Derbyshire, offering manual and automatic driving lessons for beginners, teens and adults. With a team of 18 instructors (12 manual, 6 automatic) they provide modern dual‑control vehicles, flexible scheduling and a patient teaching environment. Pricing

Standard Courses: £40 for 1‑hour, £60 for 1.5‑hour, £80 for 2‑hour, £380 for 10‑hour block. Weekend Rate: £45 per hour (no block booking discount). Intensive Courses: £750 for 20‑hour, £1,125 for 30‑hour, £1,500 for 40‑hour. Further custom packages available upon enquiry.
